Installation of controls for East Village District Plant. Supplying chilled water to Petco Park, the Omni Hotel and six other commercial buildings within the district. Current cooling capacity is 2,600 tons with future expansion capability to 10,400 tons. The plant is fully automated requiring no site operators for the 24 hours a day 7 days a week operation.

Installation of controls within 71 buildings at four college campuses and District Administration, involving central plants with chiller and boiler controls, cogeneration, electrical and gas monitoring, package units, air handlers, VAV boxes and variable frequency drives.

Installation of controls within the new 2 story hospital controlling 2 450 ton Centrifugal Chillers, 2 Hot Water Steam Boilers and associated central plant equipment, 6 Air Handlers, 4 fan coils and 109 reheat coils.

Installation of controls for a 40 story Hotel and Condominium mixed use project. System controlled 20 Air Handling Units, 103 VAV boxes, 20 Fan Coils, 2 Hot Water Boilers, 6 Triatek Lighting Panels and other associated equipment. The Omni Hotel is tied into the East Village District Plant loop which incorporates tenant billing and EMS.

Installation of controls in 181 various schools including Chillers, Ice Storage, Multi-zone units, VAV units, Food Storage and Package Units with central monitoring operating system. LAN communication operates on existing phone lines and onto the district's WAN communication. Installation includes Building Automation integrated with the existing lighting occupancy sensors, along with installation of Variable Frequency Drives and gym lighting. Over 60,000 point system.
